Adi Shankara Charitam
Adi Shankaracharya was an 8th-century Indian philosopher and monk who unified and revived Hindu thought through the non-dualistic philosophy of Advaita Vedanta. He wrote influential commentaries on the Brahma sutras and other texts, and in recent times is often revered as the most important Indian philosopher.
